Cancellation Policy (48 Hours)

We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the time to another customer and keep our diary running smoothly.

  • 48+ hours’ notice: No charge.

  • Less than 48 hours’ notice: The full booking value will be charged.

  • No-shows or same-day cancellations: The full booking value will be charged.

If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you, but if the appointment cannot be completed within the remaining time, it may be treated as a cancellation within 48 hours and the full fee will apply.

For mobile services, if severe weather makes it unsafe or impractical to work, we will reschedule at no charge. If you choose to cancel for other reasons within 48 hours, the full fee will still apply.
